As of now, Madhya Pradesh hosts seven “Light & Sound shows” at various tourist destinations of Madhya Pradesh.

1.Light & Sound show in Gwalior : Each day, a 45 minutes “Light & Sound show” is held in the amphitheater inside the Gwalior fort. The fort, build by Raja Man Singh Tomar is showcased beautifully in the event.

2.Light & Sound show in Orchha : Orchha, the capital of the Bundelas, and it’s king, Raja rudra Pratap is very beautifully depicted in this must see “ Light & sound show” which is organized inside the Fort complex, near to Jehangir Mahal.

3.Light & Sound show in Khajuraho : The khajuraho Group of Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a portrait of the Chandela dynasy’s patronage for meditation, spirituality, kinship, royalty & most significantly, erotic art. This is conducted in the garden of the western Group of Temples daily. More so over, an enigmatic narration by Amitabh Bachchan makes this show more glorifying.

4.Light & Sound show in Indore : Rajwada, the palace of the Holkar’s is the venue of this “Light & Sound show” at Indore. This bilingual show is narrated by the legendary Amitabh Bachchan and one can feel history come alive with the sounds and drawings projected in the campus of the courtyard of the Rajwada.

5.Light & Sound show in Ujjain : The spiritual capital of Madhya Pradesh, the “Light & Sound show” is conducted at the Kothi Palace, Ujjain daily.

6.Light & Sound show in Mandu : A treasure trove of magnificent ruins, Mandu is home to some exquisite examples of Mughal architecture. Against the backdrop of the love story of Baz Bahadur & Rani Roopmati, the courtyard of the Hindola Mahal is the cradle of this spectacular event. Inaugurated on 10th Feb ‘2019, each day for nearly hald an hour, get transmitted to the medieval era as you witness this show. The dramatic narration by Ashutosh Rana makes it an unforgettable experience.

7.Light & Sound show in Sanchi : Sanchi is synonymous with Buddhism and it’s preachings. The Stupas form the backdrop of this “Light & Sound show” in Sanchi. Inaugrated on 1st march ‘2019, this spectacular display showcases crucial information about the UNESCO World Heritage site Sanchi, Emperor Ashoka & Gautam Buddha.
